A passenger tells you he has just returned from the baggage carousel and while it is now empty, he cannot find his luggage. What do you say and do?

A worried passenger taps you on the shoulder and whispers, "there is a man over there that said he would bring this baby down." She motioned her head as though the man is one of a few behind her, and you can tell she is extremely worried. What do you do after hearing this information?
