Common Questions.

A business owner is considering using us. She wants to know if all of our employees are bonded, and that we do not employ any person with a felony conviction. What is your answer?

Client Security Concerns.

A client is complaining that a number of lunch items left in their break-room refrigerator have ‘come up missing.’ Our client’s tone of voice is not accusatory, but he is standing and waiting for a reply. What do you say?

Meeting Client Needs.

One client is a large call center with 24 hour service. We have been asked if we can vacuum quietly when we are cleaning. The call center is our stop to minimize the number of people on the phone who could be disturbed. What do you say, or do?

Special Requests.

A person is on the phone asking if we will not dump her trash can tonight, as there is something she suddenly decided she should not have thrown away. You think she is calling too late, as one of our co-workers has already cleaned her office. How do you respond to this request in light of the facts?

Ethical Issues.

While cleaning a client’s private office, you see what appears to be a bag of white powder and a razor blade. These are sitting on the floor beneath the edge of the desk. What do you do?

Working Through Problems.

One client often has a toilet clogged when you arrive. It is disgusting and you wonder if a plumber could help, but clearly the client maintenance crew seems just the problem for us. Do you say anything to the client building manager?
