Anticipating Needs.

Warranty Policies.

Being Prepared.

A man is looking at our selection of queen sized beds. He looks to be filthy, as though he just got out of working in a farm field. It looks as though he's getting ready to lay down on one of our display models. What do you say, or do?

Sticky Situations.

Your manager and a customer approach you. The customer is disputing a purchase that appears on her credit card statement. You clearly remember helping a man with the same last name, find and complete a purchase for a mattress and box springs set. How do you tactfully inform the customer?

Setting Priorities.

You have been waiting on a customer, answering his many questions about specialty mattresses patiently. Another man interrupts you and asks for your help. How long can you help the first customer before helping the second, and what do you say to affect this?
