A couple is interested in purchasing a hot tub, and you see that they have younger children. The mother asks what we offer to ensure that children cannot get into the hot tub and possibly drown. What do you say, and do?

Meeting the Needs of Many.

You have been waiting on a customer, answering his many questions about above ground pools very patiently. We are shorthanded and another man interrupts you and asks for your help making a purchase now. How do you determine which customer to help, and what do you say to affect this?

More Education.

A woman is on the phone and is nearly in panic. She tells you that her son just got out of the pool and is claiming that his eyes feel like they are on fire. You can hear the boy howling in the background. What do you suggest?

Warranties and Claims.

Yesterday we sold a couple a new hot tub cover. Today, the man is on the phone saying that it appears the Styrofoam insulation is cracked and sagging. The cover we sold yesterday was still in the box and had not been opened. What do you say or do now?
