Fickle Clients.

A woman called earlier today wanting to know what was available with five bedrooms or more sitting on more than one acre of land. You agreed to call her back after doing some research. Now that you've called her back she is angry telling you she is looking for a three-bedroom house with traditional styling. What do you do now?

Just Looking.

While conducting an open house, a younger man has been in the house for more than two hours. Each time there has been no one else in the room, the questions he asks get more personal. You sense he is a lonely person, and is not really interested in purchasing a house. What should you say or do?
