A teenage girl appears to be struggling whether she should buy a used appliance. She tells you that she can barely afford the item but wants to make sure that it works before she purchases it for her mother as a gift. How do you respond?
 
 

Reputation and the Law.

A woman motions you to come to her. She points to a couple of ceramic dolls and says, “My house was broken into a couple of weeks ago and these were stolen from my living room with many other prized possessions." What do you say or do after hearing this?

Our Policies.

Our store limits the number of items in the dressing room at a time. A woman is requesting that she be allowed to try on some dresses. After you show her to a dressing room, the she barges into a changing room with two arm loads of dresses and closes the door. What do you say or do now?

A teenage boy was looking at an old Avon cologne bottle. While trying to put the lid on the bottle, his hand slipped and the bottle fell to the floor and has shattered. What do you say to the boy with the shocked look?

Special Requests.

A customer asks that an item be held behind counter, so he may return to purchase it. How long will you hold the item before putting it back on the shelf for sale?

Our Mission and Our Clientele.

 We are running a community outreach, giving out some of the donated clothes to the poor. You notice a person in the receiving line wearing sunglasses. You suspect he is a wealthy friend. Do you say anything to this person?
