Standard Procedures.

You overhear two college age women say they are planning on tanning nude. What, if anything, do you say or do after hearing their whispered talk?

New Client Questions.

A man wants to know if there are any advantages to tanning on one of our beds compared to tanning at home on his patio. What is your answer?
 

Client Goals.

A woman brings in a magazine with the picture of a model. She wants to be tanned exactly like the picture, and you know this look is exceptional. How do you respond to this challenge?

A woman on the phone asks, “How old must a child be, before you will allow them to tan?” What is your answer?

Public Misconceptions.

You look out in front of the shop and see an older woman and man holding some protest signs. You see one reads, “Do not become leathery!” and the other reads, “Stop here for Skin Cancer!” What do you say or do?

Industry Complaints.

 We sell high quality tanning products. One woman walks through the door hands you a bottle of tanning lotion, saying the lotion makes her look orange. You look at her and agree that she has that phony ‘tan in a bottle’ look. What do you do now?
